Coordination Rate

Our wedding coordination rate is $900. We’re available seven days a week for questions and concerns. You’ll have a final planning meeting with us to go over details 30-45 days prior to the ceremony. We’ll confirm with both in-house and outside vendors. The coordination rate facilitates a one-hour rehearsal the week of the ceremony. We’ll design the ceremony and reception floor plans, assist with pinning corsages and boutonnieres, cue the DJ on ceremony music, coordinate the line up of the wedding party, coordinate entrance into reception hall, organize the grand exit, and so much more.

Joche Westmoreland heads up the floral and decor team for Villagio, specializing in lavish floral compositions, fine linens, lighting, set design, and personalized event planning for all types of occasions. When making a reservation at Villagio, you’ll be able to meet with him one-on-one for a private consultation. Joche and his team will “take you on a journey through color and textures.”

CEREMONY DECOR: $1500.00
This budgetary number is based on the average bridal party size, including all the floral for five bridesmaids, five groomsmen, two flower girls, one ring bearer, two sets of parents, and two sets of grandparents. This price also includes any ceremony aisle decor or medium sized pillar arrangements. This price is customizable.

RECEPTION DECOR: $175.00 PER TABLE
This is good for a reception budget that will capture your design desires and provide you with a variety of options for centerpieces, cake floral, linens, head table decor, entryway pieces, and gift table decor. You will have a complimentary consultation with our floral designer at the Villagio or at his studio near the design district in Dallas. You will also receive a detailed design proposal outlining your exact selections. This price is customizable.

Oliver’s Fine Foods has been catering events the DFW metroplex since 2007 and has designed a catering menu exclusively for Villagio Resorts. They have a commitment to quality ingredients, execution, and customer service. From the moment you make your reservation, you’ll be assigned your very own catering manager to help answer and coordinate all your cuisine, beverage and bar needs.

PLUSH HORS D’OEUVRES: $5.00 PER PERSON
This hors d’oeuvres package contains our most gourmet options. The food is served by waitstaff.

DISPLAYS AND PLATTERS: $4.00 PER PERSON

Choose three beers, three wines, five spirits, and champagne. This bar service is available for four hours. An additional hour can be purchased, changing the price to $37.00 per person.

PREMIUM BAR SERVICE: $25.00 PER PERSON
Choose three beers, three wines, and five spirits. This bar service is available for four hours. An additional hour can be purchased, changing the price to $30.00 per person.

SPIRITS BAR: $20.00 PER PERSON
Choose three beers, three wines, and four spirits. This bar service is available for four hours. An additional hour can be purchased, changing the price to $25.00 per person.

ESSENTIAL BAR: $16.00 PER PERSON

This package includes everything in the Bellino Package plus a second photographer, two-hour engagement or bridal session, standard flush mount album, and two hours of additional coverage.

Tim Palmer of Bellavie Cinema can make your event into a timeless cinematic experience, capturing emotion at it’s core. You’ll be surprised at how much you didn’t see during your event when you cue up the film, whether it’s your father crying or your boss doing a silly dance. Through film, unforgettable moments can be relived again and again (with or without a bowl of popcorn).

LA CLASSICA: $1579.00
This package includes six hours of coverage with a multi-camera setup and cinematic aerial footage. The footage is edited into eight-minute stylized video with unlimited downloads.

CLASSICA PLUSH: $1979.00
This package includes seven hours of coverage (including pre-wedding events) with a multi-camera setup and cinematic aerial footage. The footage is edited into sixteen-minute stylized video with unlimited downloads. You’ll also receive an engraved USB drive with the video.

PHOTO-VIDEO COMBO: $3997.00
This includes the Bellino Photography Package plus eight hours of video coverage using multi-camera setup and cinematic aerial footage (including pre-wedding events and the full ceremony). The footage is edited into seven-minute high-light reel with unlimited downloads.

This package includes a private consultation, wireless microphones, ceremony music, PA system, reception playlist, reception DJ equipment, MC for reception, custom music list creation, and master of ceremonies.

PLATINUM PACKAGE: $1479.00
This package includes everything in the Gold Package plus ballroom uplighting.

DIAMOND PACKAGE: $1979.00
This package includes everything in the Gold Package plus ballroom uplighting and projector/television setup.

EXTRA FEATURES: $579.00 EACH
Extra features include custom monograms, intelligent spotlight, and fog machines (dancing on a cloud). Each feature costs an additional $579.00.
